Pre-Registration is Recommended for an easier and error-free experience.

FRN Number from FCC is mandatory for walk-ins.

Plan to arrive at 6:30PM to the Test Session and bring the following items:

1. Photo ID: Drivers License, State ID, Military ID or Passport are accepted.
2. FRN Number: FCC Registration Number https://apps.fcc.gov/cores/userLogin.do
3. Registration Pin: You need the 4 digit PIN from pre-registering on HamStudy.org

Exam are administered using paper test materials.

Candidates are not allowed the use of personal cell phones, tablets, computers or any other electronic device during the exam. A non-programmable (BASIC) calculator with the memory cleared will be allowed.
