Just a few things to be mindful of.
New applicants must have a FRN (Federal Registration Number) from the FCC. Registration is a simple process, which only takes minutes to complete. A brief video here will assist you in setting up your CORES account and obtaining your FRN.
Should the gevernment be in shutdown, test without an FRN, however be prepared to obtain your own FRN once the shutdown is over. Instructions will be provided.

This FRN is used to identify you on the FCC license application.
Please be sure to bring a Government issued photo ID.
Please be prepared to commit about 15-25 minutes for your exam.
Your testing location is at the Loyola Science Center, Room 180. There is no favored door to enter the building, however signage will direct you to the testing location. The room is a bit hidden, however the sign should assist you well.
