Notes from the team:
This is an in-person test session, using ExamTools on-line computer generated software. There is a $15 fee established by the ARRL. Also, be aware that the FCC charges a $35 registration fee for each new licensee. Once passsing the test, you will receive an email from the FCC requesting the $35 fee which must be responded to within 10 days. Anyone upgrading from an existing license will not be charged the FCC fee.
