The location is the Gravity Inn, which is an active restaurant. We will be in the back room.
Exam fees are waived for minors, students with a current ID, active military, veterans or GLAARG VEs upgrading to Extra. All others are $10 payable via PayPal or cash.
All classes of exams are offered in the following order: Technician, General, Amateur Extra. Please make sure you study for the correct element(s)/level(s), as it is not permitted to take them out of sequence. This session is for the exam only and not for any prep course.
You may use your personal computing device (laptop, tablet, phone, etc) or provided paper packet to take the exams. More than one exam per session is allowed. To increase chances of success, please ensure that you have viewed every single question in the pool(s) you are studying for at least once. All are allowed one retest per day on examiner discretion, charged at the same rate as the initial registration.
You are allowed to use a calculator and one scratch paper. The calculator shall have all memories cleared and scratch paper blank.
If you are under 13 years old, you may not register for any exam session until your parent or guardian has filled out our COPPA Parental Consent Form and emailed to coppa[at]examtools[dot]org, with a CC to the session manager charlie[at]vishwin[dot]info.
You will need an FRN to sit for an exam. If you do not already have an FRN, you may get one during the registration process.
To pay the $10 fee electronically, go to https://glaarg.org/examinees/payments/ and enter K3CL as the session manager and 7714 as the session. Only after receipt of either payment or waiver credentials will you be allowed to sit for the exam.
After the exam, feel free to stay for the monthly meeting!
