LAXNORTHEAST FCC License Exam at Pomona Hospital

Where: Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, 1798 N Garey Ave, Pomona, CA 91767. Follow directions for Pitzer Auditorium. Please check in at the Hospital Front Desk and obtain a guest pass. They will also direct you to the test rooms.

Parking: Free parking in the visitor lot.

What to bring:

1. FCC Registration Number (FRN). Examinees are required by the FCC to submit your FRN with your license application form.
2. $15 in cash. Paypal and Zelle also accepted.
3. One legal photo ID (identification).
4. Two number two pencils with erasers and a pen.
5. Optional: A calculator with the memory erased and formulas cleared.
